Yesterday I found an article on line talking about the new construction, Mandarin Oriental is still in the process to obtain a loan. It was suppose to ground breaking in August, but now they are still in the process of finding a loan. This will be a high end condo in the neighborhood, I hope they could still get going, not going bankrupt as some of the people are assuming. Everyone knows that the real estate market is not very good now, but I do not see it in my neighbor, so hope this is not going to be a bad sign and everything should pick up from the beginning of next year.

We are planning our Hawaii trip this spring, my cousins are into the wake surfing, so I would like to buy some girl’s wakeboard for my daughters so that they could starting learning while we are there. I found the Bella wake board on line. This creates a board for the young lady that will give them the stepping stones to greatness. I took Elizabeth to the Pritzker family children’s zoo yesterday, she loves to climb the big maze, at first she always asks me where to go and a couple times she asked me to come to pick her up, but I have encouraged her to do it. After she has finished the whole climb up and down, she immediately said that she is going to do it again. Then she did 6-7 times, each time she got quicker and quicker.
