We all heard of the real estate price is dropping now adays, especially in the Las Vegas area. I read from the newspaper that the condo hotel is a real killer for lots of people as the occupancy rate is not very high, people who was counting on the rent has to pay the mortgage out of their own pocket each month. But since the price has dropped so much, we really think it is a time to get a place there now. One Las Vegasis a village of residential lifestyle condominiums. We liked their design of the residential area, since Chicago is so cold, we really want to buy a second place in Las Vegas so that we could visit there in the winter.

We went to the Children’s museum with both kids and Ayi. Er Bao was very happy to play outside, she had lots of fun playing in the tree house, in the fish pond. Elizabeth was playing nicely with Adam at the waterway, they were teaming up to get a bucket of water up and then pour it down. It was so fun to watch them play. Elizabeth also made a book herself with her favorite color, purple.
