I read from the newspaper that the condo hotel is a real killer for lots of people as the occupancy rate is not very high, people who was counting on the rent has to pay the mortgage out of their own pocket each month. But since the price has dropped so much, we really think it is a time to get a place there now. One Las Vegasis a village of residential lifestyle condominiums.
