I had a showing last night, the lady was very nice, she is going to get a place during spring. So I showed her three places and she is really in love with one. But that one is not for sale, so hopefully she would like the other one which we could show her next week. I am happy to start getting a little business. It seems the business is start to pick up now. Tomorrow I am going to try to do some sales calls and hopefully I could get something set up.
